Butter Chicken

500 grams of boneless chicken(better to prefer fried chicken )
4 onion minced (fry the onion  and make paste)
2 tomato (boil the tomato and make a  paste)
50 grams of cashews (soak the cashews and make a paste)
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp chilly powder (better to prefer kashmiri  chilly powder
1 tbsp of curd
2 tbsp of fresh cream
1 pinch of Kasuri  methi
1 pinch of coriander

  • Heat butter in a pan then add ginger garlic paste.Little chilly powder.
  •  add onion  minced.Let the onion fry for a minute.
  • Add tomato  paste,cashew paste,fresh cream.When the gravy start to boil add 1 glass of water.When the gravy start to bubble add fried chicken
  • sprinkle some coriander  and Kasuri  methi  on tip of it, Butter Chicken  is ready
  • Serve hot with butter naan
