How to make Goli Baje

INGREDIENTS:
2 CUP MAIDA
YOGHURT- 1 CUP
GREEN CHILLI – 3 ( cut to small pieces)
CURRY LEAVES
GINGER- small piece

SALT TO TASTE

OIL TO FRY

PINCH OF BAKING SODA

PREPARATION:

Add maida, curd and salt into a bowl and mix well to get a thick batter. Add chopped green chillies , ginger and curry leaves and mix well again. Leave the batter for 3 to 4 hours to get set. Make small ball shape rounds and drop into the pan to make deep fry till it gets golden brown colour.
Serve with chutney and sambar.
