Chicken 250 grams

2 onion chopped

Onion paste 2 tbs

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs

Green chilies 2 to 3 pieces (sliced)

Green paste 1 cup

Salt (according to taste)

Garam masala 1tbs

Ghee 4tbs

Water 1 cup


●marinate chicken wid onion paste and ginger garlic paste and keep it for half an hour

●Make a paste of gren chilli, coriander and capsicum

●Take a vessel heat 3 tbs of ghee and fry chopped onion and geeen chillies. Fry it till onion colour changes to brown and take out of flame and keep aside

●Pour 1 tbs of ghee and fry onion paste and ginger garlic paste. And add red chilli powder and marinate the chicken fry it fr 3 to 4 minutes

●Then add water and close the lid and cook it on low flame til the chicken is half cooked

●Now add green paste,little garam masala and salt cook for 10 min on medium flame now add the fried onion and chili and serve hot . Your yummy hariyali chicken gravy is ready
