MUTTON PAYA SOUP

Serve :4

Preparing time :45 mins

Ingredients: 

6 mutton legs

Salt to taste

1 small piece of ginger

7-8 pepper corns

3 glass of water

1 tbs oil

2 onion (sliced )

2 gren chillies

1 tbs of ginger paste

1/2 tbs of black pepper powder

2 tbs of copped coriander

1 tbs of chopped mint leaf

Directions

  • Wash mutton legs well and clean it with water
  • In  a presume cooker add mutton legs little salt,pepper corns and add chopped ginger
  • Add 3 glasses of water and pressure cook them for 30 mins
  • Now open the pressure cooker and check weather the legs are cmpltly juicy and need to be extracted once it is done keep aside
  • In a vessel add oil and heat the oil
  • Now add sliced onion and fry til  it changes the colour  add green chillies
  • Add ginger paste and fry it for a minute 
  • Now add the cooked mutton legs in to this vessel add little water if required
  • Check the salt according to taste  now add coriander , mint leaf, sprinkle some pepper powder 
  • Cover with a lid and bring the soup to boil (around 10 mins) serve hot
